Before signing up as a customer I was told that payment back into my account would be fast and it would take no more than 7-14 business days.
I have been a customer for some time now and I have requested for a withdrawal of $500 on the 1/3, therefore I patiently waited the promised 7-14 business days.
However this late payment has been 1 month late now.
I have tried to speak several times to "Laura" as I was told she deals with accounts, but she doesn't reply to my messages.
I have also called and the company and again I was told Laura is the person to talk to.
There is no communication from the company and I feel I got ripedoff.
Can anyone help me?
