Worst Satellite TV service company I have ever dealt with. Only had the service for a month and a half and wish I had never signed up with Direct TV. Their promise of satisfying customer complaints is nothing but a big lie. They don't help and when you threaten to cancel the transfer to the legal department. Take my advice and choose another provider.
