I purchased an item ticket number 3741909. I purchased it on 11/24. It stated 2-3 weeks for delivery and said all items purchased by 12/10 were guaranteed by Christmas. At the 3 week mark I contacted them and was told via email that if I did not have the item by 12/21 that I would get a refund as well as a store credit for my inconvenience. Well it is 12/24 and I never received the item. I contacted them once again requesting my refund as well as the credit. They promised and received an email back stating it was too late they sent the order to their supplier so they will not give me a refund and once I do receive it I have the option of sending it back and will receive only a store credit and have to pay to ship it back to them as well. I have their promise and guarantee in writing. This was to be a Christmas present so obviously I had to buy something else and no longer need or want the item. I just want my full refund as promised. I don't even want a credit as promised for my inconvenience as I do not want to ever do business with them again
