I have now been trying for 8 months to get my promised refund for defective product. I have page after page of email correspondence, promises, excuses, etc. I shipped the item back, at my expense, via UPS. I provided proof of shipment and proof of delivery. At one point they actually stated they would have preferred that I returned the item via regular US Mail. I'm sure they would, harder to prove delivery. I keep getting the story, "we have to investigate" or "you will have your refund within 30 days" Finally after 5 months they offered a "store credit" — no I want the refund I was originally promised.
