Poor service - attempted to rip me off - no follow -up ripoff

Be very careful. I purchased a vehicle from this organization last year. I have delayed writing anything about them because I had thought I might hear back from them after I filled out my Ford survey.

I purchased a 2006 Ford Escape. After selecting the vehicle that I wanted, I was asked to go and sit with the Financing Manager. He figured out all of the costs and quoted me a figure. It seemed very high so I asked him if I could look at it. Immediately, I noticed that he was trying to give me a 9% interest rate. I have impeccable credit so I knew that he was trying to scam me. When I called him on it, he called the manager over and they said, we can come down a little. I found this absurd because my bank was charging 5%.

They also failed to clean and service my car like they were supposed to. Once a contract is signed, they could care less about you. I have a great job with the public and I will continue to tell everyone to avoid this dealership.in fact, I know of at least 6 sales that they have already lost as a direct result of what they did to me.

Ford also failed to follow up on the survey that they sent me so I understand why they are hurting for business... They are doomed to follow GM and they deserve it!
