I purchased a lens that was shown as a Canon 24-105 L lens for $749.00 and called the company to get expedited shipping since I needed it within 5 days. I was told that lens was not in stock and it was not as good a lens as the American brand which happened to be available. So, I paid the extra 140.00 which included $40 for shipping expedited. The lens came in time for my trip to Romania and just before I left I found out it was not an "L" lens which is what I thought I was buying. The L lens is a professional lens. I emailed customer service and they came back the day I was leaving and told me that the email had to go to customer service? Support@customerservice was just that. So, I asked them to refer it to CS to which they never replied. I called their number and talked to customer service while I was in the airport and told him the problem. He said he would check. I told him I was getting on a plane and would be out of the country for approx. 15 days. I asked for the email address to Customer Service and was given ajrichies. Cs@ajrichies. Well it kept being sent back as undeliverable, So I called them and after many calls that were not responded to; just rang and rang, I finally got through and was told I had the right email but they had problems and should be corrected very soon. When I got to Romania, I emailed them for several days and they kept bouncing back as undeliverable. When I got back to the U.S. It took me a few days to get them to answer and when I got through and told them my problem, I was told to hang on and they would give me to a CS rep. I was forwarded to Allan's voice mail and I left a message leaving my name and phone number. Here we are a week or so later and I have not had any response from them.
