I called the company today to cancel my order and get my refund. I was told that I would have 14 days from shipment and When I called to cancel today (order placed 12/7) 12/21 the end of my "14 day trial" I was harrased to the point of being extremely upset with the 4 person's that I spoke with today at customer service. I was informed that they would, as a convienience, give me a refund of 50%, I said that I would not accept that and I expected a full refund of $160.00. The department supervisor of the escallation department called me a smart alec and said that the phone call would be termninated and hung up on me. I have called back 3 times and can not get a person to talk to me. I am furious and have made it well known!!!
