I ordered a bottle of the Lipo Slim Extreme on the 13th of November but did not receive the product until the 16th. I called today to cancel and stop billing or auto-ship. The woman on the phone tried to send me a "Free" bottle of another product instead of refunding my money. I said I don't want another product I want my money back or I will contact my credit card company and report you for fraud. After putting me on hold for a few minutes she came back and said they would refund my full amount & gave me a confirmation code. The money should post to my account in 3-5 business days. I will make sure this happens. I called the # listed on this page and got a person very quickly!
