I placed an order w / nomorerack.com on Monday, November 26. I received a partial order from the aforesaid company. I submitted several inquiries via e-mail regarding the item not received.in return, I received e-mails informing me of the shipping policy (2-3 weeks). Later, I received an e-mail informining me the ports in California is on strike.
On Thursday, December 20, I telephoned a call center responsible for shipping and the department informed me "they are a call center". After the representative informed me that "nomorerack" acts as a vendor who receives supplies from other companies, I inquired as to the name of the manufacturer and was given the name (had to pressure the calling center employee). I telephoned the manufacturer and explained the problem, I am awaiting a call from the manufacturer.
Individuals (customer service via e-mail, call center employee, Nita) representing both entities are rude and unprofessional. They lack the usual customer service etiquette. Both displayed a lack of knowledge of the English languague. I have never conducted business with a customer service personnel who used expressions such as "yeah and things you ordered". The use of the above expressions made me even more aware of the kind of fraud and deceptive practices being used by the above.
As I expressed to the customer service department employee, I am requesting a full refund and not a credit.
Your attention to the above complaint is appreciated.
