I ordered a bedding set and was told they do not have the size. I was expecting a refund on my credit card, but they emailed me (in broken english) that I need to keep that money in their account and purchase something in the future. Now I cannot get anyone to respond. Is there a live body to speak to at the company? They disconnect me when I try to do the live chat, and all there is is a Chinese phone number! What do I do?
