I had ordered the Lipo Slim & Natural Cleanse and a few days later on 10/4 received a call from a rep of the company confirming my order and asking if I would like a 7 day Live Body Coach for $1.47, I thought it was fair and agreed. Next I have a $19.95 charge on my account. I called the 2 numbers and they were auto disconnect after a brief message. I followed up with live chat on the site and they directed me to the same phone numbers. I emailed support to cancel my acct immediately and never heard back. I put in a claim to my bank and cancelled my debit card immediately. I was surfing the web and came across this website, finding many claims against the LipoSlim/Natural Cleanse. I then found a number that matched the number on my bank statement for that charged. I thought it was transaction number not a phone number. I actually was able to talk to a live person. He was nice at first but irate after I told him the above. Stating I agreed to the charge when I agreed to the 1.47 and the telemarketers follow a script. I told him I was never informed of the recurring fee or I would not have agreed. He argued with me and I told him to get the recording and let me hear it. Of course he could not. Then he said since I cancelled my bank card he could not send a refund. I told him to send a check. He said since I put in a claim with my bank he could not. So I called my bank and gave them the working phone number. I am awaiting my credit but made sure my account was cancelled with Lipo Slim/Natural Cleanse and Live Body Coach. There are more and more phone scams, there should be a law against it.
