I live in apartment complex at 2840 S. Diamond Bar blvd., Diamond Bar 91765 We are getting billed by CONSERVICE third-party billing company for sewer and water. Name of the apartment complex is Emerald Point. Month ago water pressure in our complex has been reduced by 1/4th. I spoke with our complex maintenance person and he confirms that water pressure really had been reduced. This month I’m getting water bill that pretty much the same as other months, just $2.00 lower. I called CONSERVICE customer service and they said that lowering down the water pressure will not affect the bill amount. This is completely is not true, because the water pressure affect on the amount of water that has been used, so it will affect on the bill amount. This is absolute Rip Of and someone making big money providing people with fraudulent information.
Could you investigate this case, because it’s not only me who has been overcharged, it’s hundreds other residents who live in this apartment building.
