One year ago gave me a bid for my answering services for my small business fifty dollars per month and now they are sending a cumulative one year bill for nearly four times that amount per month $3000!
Disingenuous to say the least. They claimed they sent invoices but I never got a single one
Three or four e-mails later, they have dropped the price down to the contracted amount.
There never should have been
quadrupling of my monthly amount. If my services rendered were above their contracted amount, they should have contacted me immediately
