Fraudulent ripoff business Sent me a bill for services rendered. I did not use their services

Alyon sent me a bill for services rendered. I did not use their services. When I first received my bill I threw it away, thinking it was just junk mail or that someone had made a mistake.

I have just received my second invoice. It reads as follows:

This letter is to inform you that the above referenced account is seriously past due. We have made numerous attempts without success to contact you and resolve the past due amount. Please remit the past due amount immediately to prevent this account from being transferred to a collection agency. You are hereby notified that alyon technologies reserves the right to pursue this past due account and utilize all means legal and proper to ensure the past due amounts are recovered.
Your immediate attention to this matter is required. Please govern yourself accordingly.

I just loved the part that read "We have made numerous attempts" etc. They have never left any messages on my computer, nor on my telephone's answering machine. As I wrote earlier, this is only the second invoice I have received. I don't consider two invoices as "numerous".
