The COMPANY Customer services suck when i would call about my bill nothing was record i had the services for 4 years i pay the bill on time every month until jun/2012 when i got my bill it show text message on it well needs to say i never mad them i have now clue what happen because under the family plan i block all text and web and phone number. So when i call about the rep they said o i see you had it block senses you had the services i said yes she said i will take it off which i ask her who much is my bill she told so i pay that amount the same day
Well a couple of days go buy and my aunt calls my home number said did you know your cell was shut off i told her know so i call again about. They said you own for the text call i said how come so i explain again she told me this time well you will have to pay that amount and a reconncect charge i said for what. And then her next breath was my contract was up she said if i pay for 2 yrs of services. It would be this amount isaid know thank you because on aug/9/2012 my contract was up so i told her just shut them off. My bill went from being one amount to another. And every time i call about they would add an extra 100.00 dollars on to the amount that i owe them.
So now as it stand they call today for a payment. Ask them how much they told me 600.00 the amount i start at was only 145.00 for aug and this was the amount that one of there reps told so i pay it because they told me you are bill a month behind. So come september i get another bill for tmoblie for 400.00 dollar i told them the phone were shut off they said know they were not i said yes because i talk to them on aug/9/2012 then to turn them off and alls i was paying was that finally bill and that when they told me i owe for this and that. So needles to say it went to collection dept. I ask did they fix it so i told them he said what i show is that you owe tmoblie 600.00 dollar. My email is
