Jesse Johnson - John Lipovich - Capstone Title - Capstone Title Services obtained outside services and collected funds from borrower but never payed for services rendered

Capstone Title Services (www.capstonetitle.net) collected fees from borrowers for services performed by my company but never paid for the services rendered.

Capstone Title Services and its employees contracted my company to perform loan closings for their company. We would assist borrowers in getting loan documents signed and then return them back to Capstone Title for funding.

Over 5 months Capstone Title only paid my company for 1 loan closing when 12 invoices were 30,60 and 90 days past due. The president, Jesse Johnson, stated he had never agreed to pay our full fee instead that he would only pay a discounted rate that we never agreed to previously.
