Very bad customer service! Particulary at zores located on 65N exit 141.. The number given on the website does not connect with the actual address of 2115 frontange road so when my car got towed and was put at this 2115 frontage address i called the number given (765-482-2800) to check how much it would be for the actual tow and storage fees which was only going to be for three days, thus $95 for tow and $10/day for storage (i was told), but when i went to pick my car up at the place they told me it was actually $25/day storage so all together i had to pay $170 instead of $125 (that i was told). I explained to the manager there what i was initially told over the phone and he didn't even pay me no mind or try to be understanding. Long story short zore's needs to employ better customer service representatives and have better management. If you want to be a proffessional business and try to succeed get your Ish together please!
