I want to give you a heads up on the worst towing service out there. They call themselves Hall's Towing. If you hear this name, stay away from them. Their motto suggests that customer service is their number one priority, but it is not. They also go as far to say, "We dont want an arm or leg, we just want your business". That is a load of bull! I was unfortunate enough to get my car stolen and the police found my car which was great or so I thought. The police contacted the towing service to pick up my car before I had a chance to, and they selected Hall's towing out of a million other company's. To make a long story short, the first week they had my car my fees had already totaled 470.00 dollars! I couldn't beleive it. When I asked for a statement of charges the lady behind desk was pissed that I ask for it. I could tell because she smacked her lips and rolled her eyes which was not typical for a white woman. Anyhow, from the statement, I had been charged for two tow trucks because they could not retrieve the car in their first truck (not my fault). My initial fee was a whopping 210.00 before I began accumalating storage fees. My car was with them for two weeks!!! By the time I retrieved it, I owed them 700.00. Can you believe this? Needless to say, I will never use them again. I wish them the worst of luck. To the lady that was so rude behind the counter, God Bless you. I am sure you will need it for the way you treated me.
