I sent in for this free sample and paid for shipping. I thought it was one of those small samples but it came in a 30ml jar. I guess I should've read the fine prints because after ten days, I got a charge for $89 for this product. So I figured, okay fine, I'll keep it since I already paid for it and it was my mistake for not reading the fine print. Three weeks later, i received another jar and again was charged for $89. I called the number on the label to get an RMA to return the product and I got a recording stating that their system is going through an upgrade and to call after one hour. I called after two hours and i again got that recording. After another hour I called and got a recording, only this time they're telling me to call back in 24 hours because they're doing a system upgrade. I don't want to have to keep getting charged for something that I don't use and I should be able to cancel easily. I tried their website but it doesn't work.
