Had orders for 10/26, 11/13 and 11/26. Received 10/26, but not the rest. I have called them many times and have been told different things. One rep told me she would credit me $40. I explained that I have not received the last 2 orders. They always seemed confused. Two different times they told me they would call me back and they never did. I ask them to escalate my problem and to get me their supervisor. I ask them to put my complaints on file because I have to explain everything all over again. I asked them to cancel my subscription. They say they did. Then I received an email on January 11 "This email is to inform you that we have submitted multiple attempts to charge your account for your subscription of Anana -Stem CellActiv (Elite Member Program 30ml Jar75), and unfortunately have not been successful with any attempt." It was for an order on 11/26, which they took out of my acct. HUH? Now, when I give them my phone number, they just hang up (4X). Some protocol. The last call I made to them, I didn't give them my number and asked them to get me their supervisor and they hung up on me. Unbelievable. It's a shame, because the product really works. I guess I'm out $185.
