In June Neil at J W Global Wifi sold me a commercial router with a 12 month warranty and return privileges, charged my card and didn't send the router until I disputed the charges on my credit card. When I finally received it I could tell it was a piece of junk. I returned it in the original box, unused, for a refund. Neil claimed it was damaged but finally offered a reduced refund, but I never got it and now he will not respond to my phone calls and emails.
