On 11/21 ordered a scientific atlanta 8300 hd/dvr set top for $230.00 by check, did this over the pnone when they called back. Was promise i would receive item in 7/10 days. Never came after repeated calls emails still never received any reply back. It 12/11 and nothing they refused to call
