On 11/21 after viewing a web site justaboutsavingmoney.com a person called and needed more imformation, my checking acc, the routing #. I ordered a scientific atlanta 8300 hd/dvr set top. Said should receive in 7/10 days. Called emails repeatedly, never called or answer any thing. Today is the 12/11 neverreceived the item!
