I ordered a Motorola cable box and when I received the item is was in terrible shape (the box was dented and the face had blemishes that would make it impossible to read). I never tested the product. I just returned it as per their instructions, via UPS. It's been 45 days since I returned the item and have not received my refund. Numerous emails and phone calls have gone unanswered.
My recommendation is to stay as far away as you can from dealing with them.
