Purchased a pair of earrings. It stated black diamonds 1 carat total. When I received them they looked much smaller so took to jeweler. Stated not one carat but rather maybe 1/2 total if that. Poor quality diamond. Suppose to be worth $225.00 but in reality maybe $50.00 at most. To top off sent second pair and charged my account twice. Can't seem to get them to answer email or phone to find out how to return and why they misrepresented size. Each time I tried for $1 item it froze up on screen and then stayed frozen for 30 minutes or else it would take the item back out of my cart. No way it sold out in 2 seconds, the time it took to click on item.
