I purchased a Cisco cable box form Just About Saving Money (JAM Enterprises) on February 14 and my order number is 12158. I know that they have other customers but I think I have been very patient with them trying to get my cable box activated. I have gone to Comcast and got two different cable cards that they asked me to do and none of them work. I have tried to get them paired with Comcast (Memphis, TN) and have had no luck. I have called then for the last Five weeks and they have not returned any of my call. I call and they put me on hold and the phone call disconnect after about a min. Per their Warranty that I received with my cable box, I am requesting a Return Authorization Number so I can return it back to you and get a refund. They have not returned any of my calls or e-mails.
