I ordered a Nikon D7000 kit, with accessories. It was shipped very quickly, however when I opened the camera it was clear the box had been opened before. Parts were missing and the battery was charged. I tried to operate the camera and found it to be defective. I called, they quickely issued a return via UPS, they got the camera back, and now the scam starts. It was signed for on December 4. Today, December 10 I called for status and was answered by a very rude individual that told me I would just have to wait and they would get around to my replacement when they could. I said this is very poor customer service and I wanted a refund. He said a refund would be at least 15% restock fee. I said not on defective merchandise, he hung up on me and I have called multiple times and cannot get anyone to answer.
This site is a total scam!!! Do not do business with aj richies!!!
