I ordered a Nikon camera D7000 kit and specified a new USA warranted camera, NOT A GREY MARKET CAMERA. I received a used, defective camera. Sent it back, then received a "grey market" camera. They tried to push it back on me with one of their "3 year warranties" that is good anywhere. I checked with Nikon and Best Buy. Their warranty is not accepted anywhere. I asked for a refund and was told no, then told I would have to pay a restocking fee. I said no, not on defective and wrong merchandise. I was talking to a jerk name Zak, all he could do was be a real smartass and kept hanging up on me. Well, here it is, 12/22, I have no camera for Christmas and they refuse to refund my money. I filed a formal complaint on line with the Attorney General's office in New York. Aj richies is nothing but scam, liars, cheats!!! Stay away!!!
