I was hit on my bank account for $89.00. When I contacted the bank, they gave me a phone number of 818-528-4502, which I called. They told me to go to thier website and fill out a document to have this closed. They want me to login to thier website and fill out a form along with faxing a copy of my bank account showing the charge. My security programs tell me not to open the website. I have had my system by ignoring the security messages. I will report this to my bank as fraud, but how do I get my money back?
