I applied for an onyx platinum membership, went through the whole phone process and internet process. They asked me for my bank account information and on november 15th they posted a charge to my account for the amount of 49.95.
No where in what i authorized did it mention a charge or i would have promptly declined the offer. My bank says its my fault for giving them my account information and that i have to contact the company. I can't find the companies contact information anywhere on thier website!
This has overdrafted my bank account and now makes me wonder if they will be using any of the information that was given such as my Social security number!
