I recently obtained a security system for one of my properties on 5/19 and it was not with 24protect. Then I notice a $1.00 charge on my account from this company on 5/19. I assumed it was with the security company that I obtained the security system with. But then another charge for $1.00 showed up today 6/15. So I called the Security company and they said they had not charged my account. So I went on line and googled to get a number from them and found this site saying that it was fraudulent and taking money from peoples accounts without authorization. So I called my bank to see if they can help and all they could do is give me a number which is 1-888-243-6183. When I called I got a recording telling me to go to the website and log in with my member Id and password which I don't have a clue to what that may be. The website that I got from the "888" number was www.24protect.com. If there is anyone that can tell me what this is and how I can prevent them from taking more money from my account, Please respond to this report. It would be greatly appreciated.
