I am not a roofe

I am so upset that direct tv expects you to climb on top of your house to brush off an INCH of snow in the winter to watch tv, when youre paying ovr $100 a month for it. Then had the nerve to tell me I could purchase a dish warmer from $80-$180! Ummm NO. Sad to say but COX is the best thing around if you live in snowy states! This absolutely sucks... Snowed in with no tv... Upset! Ughhhh
