Our experience of working with Living Social as a bussines has been appalling due to a number of broken promises, blatant ignoring of phone calls and messages, as well appalling unprofessional customer service.
As a result of this we, as a small business are preparing to expect a very tight 2013.
We had based our December Christmas Marketing around a deal that was planned from September to be informed that this would not be possible at the very last minute via email on 07/12.
This has been a waste of endless hours of administration from our end %u2013 having to continually follow up the job you pay your staff to do.
We believe this is just a game to your staff and wonder if Living Social simply hires people to waste the valuable time and money of small business%u2019.
We are appalled, disappointed and left dumbfounded that Living Social is still in business.
