Bought a deal in Janaury and they will not allow redemption or even a booking until July
This was NEVER in the Terms & Conditions
They will have had our money for 6-months. Appalling customer service from living social htat keeps repeating "you are outside of the 7days for a refund" when i complain that they are not honoring the deal they advertise and sold
Customer Service agents at living social do not have the brain capacity to interpreate a customer's disappointment. You pay peanuts and you get monkeys!
Never again to buy a deal through LS but what they fail also to understand is my company spends tens of thousands of pounds advertising deals with them... No more living social... You are the losers!
