Cuteandfunny went above and beyond on the crazy scale. Her response to a "neural" feedback was to give me a "negative" one with the "kiss and make up" forcing me to give in to get rid of the negative feedback. Such a disappoint right here at Christmas, now I am scrambling to get more gifts to replace it. NEVER had a problem with Etsy until now.
