I signed up for a trial to consult a lawyer on an issue with our brand name in Apr. Unfortunately the lawyer consulted was not knowledgeable and quoted extremely high rates. I told them we are not interested in working with them and went to a local law firm. Cancelled my membership within trial period and as such I would not have incurred any charge as per legal zoom guarantee.
However, I have been charged for this service ever since, although I have cancelled it twice more after that initial cancellation in the free trial period. I have been charged almost $270 since. I do not see any options at the moment other than move my credit card company against them and to report them to Better Business Bureau.
