We were all approved for short sale, the day before closing, BOA decided they were not going to pay 2 items that were previously approved by them. We ended up having to pay 1025.00 out of the cooperation/HIN funds in order to complete the sale. This we feel was unfair and a totally last minute change that we had no way to dispute.
