Been trying to do a brief sale for your past three years, 02-08 to 04-11. Recently i am trying to complete a action n lieu but still can't obtain a closing or definitive answer from bank of america, every month is just a unique story plus one office doesn't know what another department does.
It looks like they change the guidelines whilst the move.
