I called to complain the other day about no tv guide on channel 20 for some time. They told me the decision came down from up above and it just happened. The 20 minute phone call resulted in no answers. He told me to go to the web site and look for the feedback button to submit my complaint. I cant find that so here i am. Now tonight I went to watch tv and the line up on my guide with cable box/TWC remote has changed... There was no sundance or reelz channels. Where can i go to have someone listen to my complaints. I'm frustrated. Cable is making bad choices to keep customers. I don;t spend alot of time on TV and would like to sit down and make quick choices.
