I contaced eric on sat november 10th and was told to call back on nov 12th and he would make a appoointment for someone to come and look at our mattress, I called back on the 12th and was told someone would be out on nov 14 and i informed him it would have to be befor 2pm as we are both second shifters. I again called eric back wehn nobody called or came and he assured me he would get someone out here on friday the 14th. Again I called him on the 14th and told him nobody came or called again and he said he wasnt sure what he could do as it is hard for someone to come out befor 2 pm and I asked him what I could do from here if he couldnt get anyone out here and he said he would see what he could do. Well I didnt receive a call back so my husband called eric back on sat the 15th and he told him that he just faxed some paperwork and would be getting back to us. It is now the 23rd of november and we have not heard anything from him and we are fed up!!! I want my money back or a upgraded mattress as this is horrible customer service and this si the second time they have done this to us and its not like we baught cheap mattresses both times we spent over $2000 and this time this mattress is not even a year old and the pillowtop is completely shifting to the other side of the bed and we are not happy!!!
