Poor conditon

I requested the guide " Energy Feelings 12 Ways Of Get the Fight of Your Brain." About the Amazon website it stated the guide was in good shape. I am unhappy in the way the guide appears and also the form it's in. I understand it's a used-book nevertheless when you promote it's in great condition I thought it'd maintain might problem.
