I naively requested out of this site w/d they'd the very best offer for my guide, little did I understand, they did not HAVE the book in-stock. I requested it on July 29th, and am even today HOWEVER awaiting my guide. The support IS EXTREMELY unprofessional, I'm not really sure I'll actually get my book. There's a return policy, however, you need to get your guide within the first-place to come back it, which within the period that I've been waiting the rental time has terminated
