Ook sent that I did not order, returned book, now getting a bill stating I owe for the book and the payment is past due

This is actually the next book that Audience's Digest has delivered an unordered guide. The very first one I delivered back. Then I obtained the 2nd guide last month (March). I sent the book again. Then today, April 26, I obtained a statement declaring that I owed for that guide. I composed somebody at Audience's Digest following the first guide, but didn't obtain a reaction. I am so fed up with this issue. Please, please support.
