I applied to-order my publications out of this organization. I requested a book for this term and was delivered the incorrect book. I had been informed the guide I desired was sold-out, and so I must deliver back the incorrect guide and that I might get a reimbursement within 2-10 business days. I delivered back my guide, and 3 months later, I still don't possess a return. I've named 3 times and was usually informed to attend longer. Today eCampus is declaring I never delivered the book back. I'll never cope with the corporation again. Our mother has additionally named and been hung-up on many times... Bad customer support. I once had the same occur with Chegg plus they returned my cash within 5 times. Don't buy your books at ecampus.com!!!
