Excessive fees

I hired a text-book out of this organization. I had been late returning the guide and was billed a $150 late charge. The guide new only expenses $127.00 retail. I've named the organization on three events. Every time I had been informed from the customer support people who there is nothing they might do about this. After I requested to consult with a or boss I had been informed on each event the supervisor wasn't there or had just walked out. I had been advised I really could abandon a note to get a phone back but never obtained a call-back. I'm prepared to spend an acceptable overdue charge for that guide and have to consult with somebody using the expert to assist me. I really question the Business's dedication to customer support when they have client consultant there without any guidance with no supervisors actually available. Additionally, personally I think the organization is only a fraud to over-charge and make the most of university students.
