Among the very toughest customer support encounters of my entire life. Complete scammers! First, they sent me the incorrect book. Once the proper guide, delivered via UPS, did not appear, I experimented with contact Chegg. It got them a few months after several emails from me simply to ask them to inform me that I'd to consider the guide myself! Today they're attempting to cost me top dollar to get a used-book that will be possibly in bad situation, thinking about the sorry condition of the publications used to do obtain.
