Bad service

I experimented with buy 2 publications from eCampus for spring semester courses. These were equally shown as "in-stock" and were to ship within 48-hours, but I received neither. The very first was ended a day later, and also the other happened hostage as "on purchase" for just two months before I requested them to stop, where, the guide was still shown as "New Backup: Currently Available Vessels in 24-48 Hours".

I did so email them about my "on purchase" guide per week after I requested and obtained a regular response saying they were still looking for a duplicate, but following a 2-week delay I'd to purchase elsewhere. Given that they never delivered the books shown as "in-stock, " I'll no further contemplate them when purchasing school publications.
