Bought a book from their store on 8/14. They've declined to deliver the guide, and all my efforts at calling them are overlooked. Horrible customer support. Deceptive business methods. They consider your cash and WOn't use you. I've not obtained my guide that I requested plus they WOn't reply my mail and so I may stop the purchase and get a return. I'm processing grievances with Attorneygeneral of my condition and KY, plus using the BBB.
