As advertised on Television, I contact and requested a totally free training and simply to purchase delivery and handling. I had been delivered three classes using the little printing declaring that I've five times to come back lesson 2 and 3 to be delivered with five times or be billed to get a complete training. I obtained the classes which didn't function precisely whilst the installation directed. After getting my charge card statement I named Video Teacher and requested for and clarification that we was informed since I didn't return training 2 and 3 within 10 times that I'm responsible for $ 189.95. I told the credit division that I informed the individual after I first requested the free training that I just need the free training and nothing else and that I might just be billed $ 6.95 for that delivery and handling.
I'm seeking your companies help in recovering the $ 189.95 billed to my charge card that used to do not approve. I delivered the classes back and required a return trademark for confirmation.
