Requested free dvd lesson Denve

I responded to an ad for a free lesson from Video Professor. Just pay shipping charges. I received the dvd and didn't use it, I began to receive others every few weeks, I was charged over $393.00 on my credit card... I sent all materials back via FedEx... And have been trying to get a credit... So far no replies...
